These often involve people who take advantage of tourists by appearing to help them out while exploiting the traveler's disadvantage of being in a foreign country and being unfamiliar with the language. Be wary of strangers who approach you unprovoked, especially in public areas like markets and transportation facilities. Always make sure you agree on a price before giving anyone money.
